Maroon Group Acquired Cambrian Solutions

Maroon Group LLC ("Maroon Group" or the "Company") announced today that it has acquired Cambrian Solutions Inc. ("Cambrian Solutions" or "Cambrian"), a distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. This marks Maroon Group's tenth add-on acquisition and significantly extends the Company's North American footprint, providing Maroon with market-leading distribution capabilities across key end markets in Canada.

Established in 1995, Cambrian Solutions offers a broad portfolio of specialty ingredients and chemicals to customers in the Naturals and Organics; Food; Household, Industrial and Institutional; Health Ingredients; Personal Care; Petroleum; Pulp & Paper; and Industrial markets. In addition to broadening its North American network of customers, suppliers, and facilities, this acquisition reinforces the Company's focus on providing differentiated value-added capabilities to customers' and principals' supply chains through technical proficiency, formulary expertise, and client solutions laboratories. Cambrian’s leadership team will continue to actively manage the business on a day-to-day basis while leveraging Maroon Group’s global network of resources.

In May 2018, Maroon Group completed the acquisition of J. Tech Sales, a market leader and national distributor of chemicals and ingredients to the HI&I, Food & Beverage, and Coatings markets.
